Industrial reuse meets community building

Located at the corner of Mass Ave and 10th Street on Indianapolis' Near Eastside and spanning more than a half a million square feet, the Circle City Industrial Complex (CCIC) is home to a diverse group of tenants including artists, makers, small businesses, and more.

Built in 1918 as the Schwitzer manufacturing facility, the CCIC is a prime example of industrial reuse - transforming a functionally obsolete space into a hub for Indy’s arts and small business community.
